About this course

About the Programme

Walchand Career Accelerator is an assessment-led placement readiness programme designed to help students build the confidence, speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills needed for campus recruitment.

With 20 contact hours, the programme combines diagnostics, continuous practice, timed assessments, technical problem-solving, and performance analytics to give students a clear picture of their placement readiness.

Students will learn to:

  1. Assess their current placement readiness through structured diagnostics.
  2. Identify strengths and improvement areas through performance data.
  3. Improve speed, accuracy, and problem-solving under time constraints.
  4. Practise coding, SQL, debugging, aptitude, and placement-oriented problems.
  5. Track their progress from baseline to final assessment.
  6. Understand exactly what to improve before placements.

Practice That Measures Progress

The programme focuses on doing, testing, and improving rather than passive learning.

Students get hands-on exposure to:

25 Practice Quizzes · 7 Proctored Assessments · 30 Coding Problems · 22 SQL Exercises · 10 Debugging Exercises

  1. Each activity generates measurable performance data, helping students identify gaps and improve continuously.
  2. Built for Placement Assessments
  3. Students practise with assessment patterns inspired by major recruiters such as TCS NQT, Infosys, Wipro NLTH, Capgemini, Accenture, and Cognizant.
  4. The focus is not on one specific company test, but on developing transferable aptitude, technical, and assessment-taking skills.
  5. Technical Readiness
  6. The programme evaluates more than theoretical knowledge.
  7. Students code, solve, test, debug, and evaluate solutions through auto-evaluated coding challenges, SQL exercises, and debugging activities.
  8. Programming support includes C, C++, Java, and Python.

Personalised Performance Insights Students receive a placement readiness profile covering areas such as:

Overall Readiness · Accuracy · Time Efficiency · Percentile · Concept Mastery · Difficulty-wise Performance · Coding Performance · Improvement Trends

  • The result is more than a score, it tells students where they stand, what is holding them back, and what they should work on next.
  • Institutional Value
  • For institutions, the programme provides data-driven insights into placement preparedness across branches, batches, sections, concepts, and readiness levels.
  • This helps identify common skill gaps, at-risk students, and areas requiring targeted training.

Duration & Outcome

Duration: 20 Contact Hours

Students complete the programme with a clearer, evidence-based understanding of their placement readiness and a focused direction for further preparation.

Assess. Practise. Evaluate. Improve. Reassess.

Turn placement preparation into a measurable journey.
